Terms of Service

These terms cover websites and related services provided by KhoshWork. By starting a project, you agree to them.

Quotes & pricing

Listed prices are starting points (“from”). Every project receives a fixed written quote before work begins. The agreed quote is what applies.

Payment

Website builds are typically invoiced 50% to start and 50% on launch, unless agreed otherwise. Monthly Website Care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with reasonable notice.

Scope & revisions

Each quote defines what is included. Monthly care covers small updates (text/image changes, minor fixes). Larger changes, new pages, redesigns or new features are quoted separately.

Ownership

Once a project is fully paid, the delivered website, code and domain are yours. You are responsible for the content you provide and for holding the rights to any material (text, images, logos) you supply.

Liability

Work is delivered with care, but KhoshWork is not liable for indirect losses, third-party service outages, or issues arising from content or changes made by others after handoff.
